Built on hustle, coached on fundamentals, and driven by one standard: hit hard, play sharp, never quit. We're holding open workouts and tryouts now at Lions Park.
Nampa Pride Norcross 12U is a competitive softball team built for players who want to be coached hard and love the game harder. We play fall GALS and spring/summer TVSL tournament schedules out of Nampa, Idaho.
Every rep, every rotation, every inning — we win and we learn as one unit, on and off the field.
Fundamentals first. Our practices are built around the details that show up when the game is on the line.
The jersey means something. We show up prepared, play with respect, and represent Nampa the right way.
Meet our head coach, Jameson!! I'm excited to be the head coach for our first-year competition team and can't wait to get this season started!
My love for the game began with baseball, where I played throughout my school years and had the opportunity to play just about every position on the field. Those experiences taught me the value of teamwork, hard work, and always being ready to step up wherever you're needed.
As a Marine Corps veteran, I learned the importance of discipline, accountability, leadership, and putting the team before yourself. Those values continue to guide me every day—not only as a coach, but also as a father of two. Being a dad has reinforced the importance of patience, encouragement, and helping young athletes build confidence while challenging them to become the best version of themselves.
Over the years, I've been fortunate to coach a variety of youth sports, but softball has easily become my favorite. There's something special about watching young athletes grow—not just in their skills, but in their confidence, character, and love for the game.
As a coach, my goal is to create a positive environment where every player feels supported, challenged, and encouraged to do their best. Winning is exciting, but helping players develop confidence, resilience, and a strong work ethic both on and off the field is what matters most. I believe that mistakes are opportunities to learn, effort is always worth celebrating, and great teammates make great teams.
As we kick off our first season together, I'm looking forward to building a team that works hard, supports one another, has fun, and creates memories that will last far beyond this season. My hope is that every player leaves this season not only as a better softball player, but as a more confident teammate, leader, and person.
I can't wait to see what we accomplish together. Let's go Nampa Pride!!!
We're excited to welcome Coach Marc to the Nampa Pride Norcross family!
Marc grew up playing baseball and developed a lifelong love for the game. That passion came full circle when his daughter picked up a softball for the first time. Seeing the sparkle in her eyes and the excitement she had every time she stepped onto the field inspired him to get involved and give back to the sport.
Now, Marc is excited to help our athletes grow—not just as softball players, but as confident, hardworking young women. He believes in encouraging every player, celebrating their successes, and helping them learn through every challenge.
Meet Coach Ciarra with Nampa Pride Norcross 12U!!!
My softball journey started in middle school as a second baseman. Once I was in high school, you could usually find me in the pitcher's circle. I've continued playing through the years in coed adult leagues because, let's be honest—once softball gets in your blood, it never really leaves!
My primary coaching focus this season will be working with our pitchers, you'll also see me out on the field helping run drills, working one-on-one with players, and doing whatever I can to help our team grow. Every player matters, and I love finding ways to help each one build their skills and confidence.
While I love the game, what I love even more is coaching. Softball is about so much more than balls, strikes, and wins. It's about building confidence, learning to trust yourself, being a great teammate, and discovering that one bad play doesn't define you. We all make mistakes—that's how we grow. The important thing is to keep your head up, learn from it, and come back even stronger.
As a first-year competitive team, we're going to learn together, cheer each other on, celebrate the little victories, laugh a lot, and definitely get a little dirty along the way. My goal is for every player to leave the field believing in themselves a little more than when they arrived.
I can't wait to watch this team grow, make memories, and have a whole lot of fun!!! Let's go Nampa Pride!!
I've played baseball for as long as I can remember, starting in T-ball, then through Little League, Babe Ruth, and all the way into high school. The game has been a part of my life from day one, and that love for it has never faded.
Coaching girls softball has let me bring that same passion to a new generation of athletes. I've always believed the game is about more than the score on the board. It's about the lessons, the friendships, and the confidence players build along the way.
I'm a firm believer in positive reinforcement. I want every player to hear what they're doing right, not just what needs work, and to feel supported every time they step on the field.
At the end of the day, my goal is to help create memories these girls will carry with them for years to come, win or lose. Let's go Nampa Pride!
